At NetworkGeek, we strive to provide the best learning experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be requested.

Important: Refunds or cancellations must be requested within 3 days of the receipt of your order and must meet the specific conditions outlined below.

Refund Scenarios

1 Delayed Delivery

If you have not received your product/service within the expected delivery timeframe, you may request a cancellation for a complete refund.

  • Full refund will be processed within 14 working days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Note: NetworkGeek is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banks, calamities, or national holidays.

2 Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us immediately with details and photos
  • We will arrange for reverse pickup
  • Refund will be processed after verification of the complete product with packaging and accessories

3 Damaged Product Received

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • Same process as wrong product scenario applies

Warning: Missing or damaged items beyond those initially reported will result in deductions from the refund amount. Replacements require advance payment for missing items before shipment.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

We will NOT provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Defect-free products returned based on personal preference
  • Minor differences in look, feel, shades, or colors
  • Digital products or courses that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Services that have already been rendered
  • Requests made after the 3-day refund window

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at contact@networkgeek.in with subject "Refund Request"
  • Step 2: Include your order ID, date of purchase, and reason for refund
  • Step 3: Attach any relevant photos or documents
  • Step 4: Our team will review and respond within 1-2 working days

Cancellation Policy

For course enrollments and subscriptions:

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the course/service begins
  • Once a course has started, cancellation may not be possible
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Administrative fees may apply to cancellations
